Three things your grateful for.

On this Monday afternoon, lets all take a minute to remove ourselves from whatever crazy, stressful situation is going on in our lives, and list three things you are grateful for.  They can be anything from fresh air and your morning coffee, to your post work routine.

Just take a moment, and think on those three things.





Try to keep that grateful feeling in your heart as you deal with the stress of today.
